The HT-IL6000B is a self-contained in-line soldering cell: the conveyor is split into two or three segments so boards can queue, be soldered and leave without stopping the line, and it accepts board widths from 50 mm to 400 mm with a 10 kg load.
A servo-driven 4-axis head covers 400 x 500 x 100 mm plus 360° rotation at 600 mm/s with ±0.02 mm repeat accuracy. The cell runs on 185-265 V / 600 W and weighs 480 kg.
