The HT-SEL3000C is the long-frame model of the selective wave range, built as a modular system: spray, preheat and soldering are separate stations on a 2400 x 1600 mm frame. That length buys throughput and a multi-point real-time temperature measurement system that tracks the board rather than a single point.
Boards up to 500 x 500 mm are accepted at 100 mm top-side and 60 mm bottom clearance. The 15 kg pot can be single or double, driven mechanically or by an electromagnetic pump, and holds ±1 °C. Preheat uses air plus infrared to 250 °C, and a program can be built in about five minutes.
