The HT-FS421D is a floor-stand double-station soldering robot. Two solder stations are carried on one 1200 x 1000 mm frame so twice the output fits in the same floor space as a single-station cell. A servo-driven 4-axis gantry covers a 300 x 500 mm area at 600 mm/s with ±0.02 mm repeat accuracy, and each station takes products up to 250 x 500 mm.
Solder feed, temperature and vision are the same package used across the HT-FS range: a customized multi-feed solder wire module, real-time temperature monitoring, CCD vision locating and 1D/2D barcode traceability.
